a1hvacparts.com offers the following Returns Policy: Due to the nature of the HVAC products there are no refunds on any electrical parts. Parts are shipped in new condition and in working order. Only a qualified person with experience should be making electrical repairs. Safety first. Non-electrical parts will be subject to inspection at return and subject to a 25% restocking charge. Both shipping fees going and coming back are the responsibility of the buyer. Please call for an authorization number before returning any products. Items must be clean and re-salable condition and in the unaltered original packaging. Special order items may not be returnable. Refused shipping delivery by buyer does not alter return policies. a1hvacparts will not be responsible for damaged freight. All items must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Report any damage to the carrier either at time of delivery or immediately after to establish the basis for a claim. Items are well packed before delivery. Thanking you in advance for your business.
